On Tuesday January 28 was unveiled at the Madrid Fusion event list of the 100 Best of Spanish Gastronomy 2014, a selection of the best local by food journalists around the country by Solan de Cabras.
The list has been divided into "10+1" categories, among which are "New haute cuisine", "Modern Classics", "Bistros, eating houses and taverns", "Tapas, gastrobares and market stalls," "beach bars and restaurants", "Rice", "Castilian Grills", "Grill meat and fish", "Fish and Seafood" , "Kitchen of the World", and as an additional category of "sweet kitchen, pastry and ice cream".
From the Restaurant Los Galayos, it is an honor to belong to local 100 Best Spanish Food in the category "Castilian Grills".
The list was created with the intention of being dynamic and changing. Each year will be reviewed and amended in light of the work of each of the premises. A counter-guide where the restaurants featuring not two, not three Michelin stars did not appear. One way to give visibility to professionals sometimes are known only in their geographic area.
